Norrekattparken Halmstad Centrum Tradition

Sofie and I teamed up for a late session at our spot across the river-bridge from our pad last night. Scraped a kicker together before working the night-shift in the kitchen, and let it set up while cooking for the holiday shoppers. We celebrated the snow with Sofie-camera-skills and a wine to warm us up while tricking it into the wee hours of the night in Norrekattparken tradition.

Putting our hard-earned ca$h in place for a Japowder internship of three months. Everything is lining up to drop in. Niseko Japlan

With studytime in full effect and the work-hours cut in half in the kitchen, we been' breakdancing in new snowboots around the apartment- posting HolidayNiseko, writing for Sweden-Japan grants and scholarships, Sk8'n, biking, watching snow-flicks, taylor'n snowclothes and making a masterplan. Thinking about Japan in the past

and taking a little vacation from this apartment in Sweden. Winter is upon us with high hopes of early season snow in Sweden and higher hopes of heavy heavy powder dumpage in Niseko to carry us through the end of April over there. Asahi Super Dry! Kapai!

put your money where yous at

We were biking around today and thought about how rad it is to support where you are at. Sofie's Skeppshult cycle is all welded and built up in Sweden. The entire bike! I'm holding one through old trophy's on my S&M w/Profile goods. All US steel. Keepin' folks working in your area is a good move where ever you are-No matter the co$t. Instead of the cheaper route of buying a brand that out-sources their work to Asia. Unless you live in Asia... Keep people working around you. There will be less murders!

sweet pickle # 1

Living in Sverige - we sure miss our Sweet Pickle van back in the US and A. An old W&W story goes as follows... Skip the holiday madness and drive the Sweet Pickle van from Mpls to Fernie B.C. and rip the long deep-snow-season... April 29th we start our month-long road trip-van living and shreding at Lake Louise. Sleeping and spooning in -20 degree coldness we get awaken by moose licks on the van. After 1.5 hours of moose licking all around our road-salty sweet pickle machine and a few stair downs through the window, we had a new brushed look that we kept as long as it didn't rain. Living dirty in the Sweet Pickle was always dope.

The 99$ Spring season pass at Mt. Hood with only 5 amazing showers that month kept us real.
More on it all in interview form at Corduroy webzine.

Now we found a new van plan to adopt. Greasy.

Kampai!

Check this dope spot!
Making this happen with wicked summer effort and keeping our eyes on the prize. The Wolfe and the Windh - going down this mountain a lot of times super fast next winter season. Switch Challenge? All are welcome to get a piece of the Japow since we is working for the main Niseko mangs.

fix the old sewing machine or buy new threads?

In attempt to $ave loot for life we been up'n our sewing skills by putting the new cuts on old jeans and snowpants, making Bill Cosby sweaters fit and putting patches in the right places... An ancient-gifted and broken sewing machine comes alive again with a little effort and turns old to hip new, normal to personal style and opens up endless stitch possibilitie$.

Extend the season or seasons boot repair by caveman-hand. Poke it, Pull it, Point it!

the reality of our surroundings

Last winter spots opened up that have never been hit before with the huge snowfalls. Instead of driving 30 minutes to the lifts, we could rip the park 5 minutes away. Random rippers became great friends as the sessions continued all winter.

the reality of our surroundings

Enjoying some sun and beachtime this hot summer at Tylösand in between studying and working. Pedal power gets us out exploring our surroundings and to the hot spots quick.

Launching Party!

Tonight we celebrate! We are officially launching our thoughts publicly. Influenced by a gifted bottle of Absinth, we are having a hard time typing right now-

Sipping coffee on the beach and making plans. Mind map scribbles, cooking for ca$h in a hot Halmstad kitchen, studying marketing, biking, sk8n, training the summer away and cooling off in the ocean, way stoked on Mpls Mn in August and building on Holiday Niseko for a snowy season in our near future. wOrd em' up
